At Ajaveda.com, we strive to ensure that you receive the correct products as ordered. However, we understand that errors can occasionally occur. If you have received the wrong product, please follow our return policy outlined below:

1. Notification of Wrong Product:

2. Provide Order Information:

  • When contacting us, please provide the following information:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the product you received incorrectly
    • Clear photographs of the incorrect product, clearly displaying any differences from what was ordered

3. Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns will only be accepted for products that were incorrectly shipped.

4. Return Authorization:

  • Once we have reviewed your request and confirmed that the wrong product was delivered, we will issue a return authorization. Do not return any products without obtaining authorization.

5. Return Shipping:

  • We will provide instructions on how to return the incorrect product. In most cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Product Inspection:

  • Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm that it is the incorrect item. If the product is confirmed to be incorrect, we will proceed with the replacement process.

7. Replacement or Refund:

  • Depending on product availability, you will have the option to receive a replacement for the correct item or a full refund, including any shipping charges associated with the original order.

8. Timeframe for Resolution:

  • We aim to resolve the issue promptly. Once we receive the incorrect product and confirm the error, we will initiate the replacement or refund process within 15 business days. Please note that the refunded amount will reflect in the customer's account within 4 to 5 days after the refund is processed.

Note: Please ensure that the returned product is in its original packaging and in unused condition.
